Buying Your New Toyota

To facilitate the earliest possible delivery of your new vehicle, your Dealer will access Toyota's extensive supply chain. Please note that not all vehicles are immediately available. The delivery time will depend on exactly where vehicles are sourced from and current demand for your particular model of vehicle.

1. Search Dealer stock on hand.

Vehicle is available for delivery, effective immediately.

2. Search other Dealer's stock.

Delivery can take one to two weeks, depending on location.

3. Search Toyota Australia stock.

Delivery can take up to two weeks, depending on location.

4. Search finished production currently in transit from the Toyota factory.

Delivery can be up to four weeks, depending on local or overseas production.

5. Search vehicles currently scheduled for future production.

Delivery timing to be confirmed by your Dealer.

6. Place an order with the Toyota factory for the next available production month.

Your sales consultant will contact you as soon as your vehicle has been sourced, and give you an estimate of when it will be ready for collection.

All Toyota production facilities utilise the Toyota Production System (TPS) which is internationally recognised as a benchmark of manufacturing quality and efficiency. TPS ensures Toyota products are built to the same exacting standards, no matter where a particular model is built.

As well as the Camry and Aurion models built here in Australia, Toyota imports a wide variety of passenger, commercial and recreational (4WD/AWD) vehicles.

The Toyota factory at Altona, Victoria, uses state-of-the-art technology to produce cars to exacting international quality standards. The majority of vehicles manufactured at Altona are actually produced for export markets in the Oceanic and Middle East regions.

The HiLux range is manufactured at the Samrong factory in Thailand, which is major global source of HiLux production, supplying vehicles to South East Asia, the Middle East and Oceanic regions.

All other vehicles in the Toyota family are produced in a variety of 12 plants located in Japan.
